A young company that answers the phone
Sri Lakshmi Logistics Private Limited was incorporated in June 2026 to move road freight across South India — and to be the transporter a shipper can actually reach at two in the morning.

Started in 2026, on real lanes rather than a brochure
SLLPL was set up by a promoter team from outside transport — enterprise IT and solar consulting — who kept running into the same problem as shippers themselves: a transport market where the rate changes after the load is picked up, and where nobody picks up the phone once the truck has left.
So the company was built around the two things that were missing. A booking desk that stays open 24 hours on a single number. And a quote that states what is included — loading, unloading, labour, transit insurance — before you commit, along with what is not.
We are deliberately not claiming a hundred trucks or twenty years. We run a vetted network of vehicles across Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala out of a Chennai hub, we place a vehicle within two hours of a confirmed booking on our core lanes, and the person who owns that promise answers the escalation line himself.
To run a freight desk that is open 24×7 and actually answers — so a shipper never has to wonder where their load is or who to call.
To become a seamless logistics partner across South India: one booking, one point of accountability, and a lane network dense enough that we always have a vehicle nearby.
Five commitments, written down
Every transporter says reliable. These are the specific things you can hold us to, and the ones we will be judged on.
The desk never closes
Bookings, tracking and escalation run on a single number, 24 hours a day, every day — including the days when the rest of the market is shut.
Two hours to placement
On our core lanes, a confirmed booking puts a vehicle on the way to your dock within two hours. Not a next-day promise.
Labour is part of the price
Loading, unloading and labour are quoted inside the rate at a reasonable number, instead of appearing as a surprise on the invoice.
A penalty we accept
Our on-time commitment carries a defined penalty for delay. We would rather write that down than describe ourselves as reliable.
The promoters are reachable
Five people run this company. There is no call queue between you and the person who can fix the problem.
Five people, and none of them behind a call queue

From your call to proof of delivery
You call or send the load details
Origin, destination, commodity and approximate weight is enough to start. The booking desk is open 24 hours on one number, or you can send it on WhatsApp.
We quote against your lane
Per kilometre, per trip or a slab rate depending on the service — with loading, unloading, labour and transit insurance stated inside the number, and exclusions written down.
Vehicle placed within 2 hours
On confirmation, we position a vetted vehicle sized to your consignment at your dock within two hours on core lanes, and share the driver and vehicle details before it leaves.
In transit, on one number
The control room holds the consignment against its LR number. Ask for a position update any time of day, and escalate to the Operational Head directly if you are not satisfied.
Delivery and proof
Physical proof of delivery is collected at the destination and shared with you, along with the delivery challan and invoice against the LR.
Who you are actually contracting with
If you are onboarding us as a vendor, this is what your compliance team will ask for. PAN, TAN and bank details are shared directly on request.
Onboarding a new transporter?
We will send across the incorporation certificate, insurance position and lane rates the same day. Ask for whatever your vendor process needs.
