How fast can you place a vehicle?

Within 2 hours of a confirmed booking on our core lanes. Off-lane or specialised equipment can take longer, and we will tell you the real number at the time of quoting rather than after you have booked.

How do you price a load?

Accepted Answer

Per kilometre or per trip for full loads, and per tonne or a slab rate for part loads. The number is driven by the lane, the weight and the vehicle. What is included — loading, unloading, labour, transit insurance — is written into the quote, and so is what is not.

Is my cargo insured?

Accepted Answer

Transit insurance is arranged on the consignments we carry and is included in the rate. Stock and warehouse insurance is excluded. If your cargo needs a higher declared value, tell us at booking so the cover matches the consignment.

Can I track my consignment live on the website?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. Live GPS tracking on the site is planned, not built — so instead of a map that does not update, we publish a control room number that is answered 24 hours. Quote your LR number and you will get the vehicle's actual position.

Which states do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala, running out of Chennai. Our strongest corridors are within Tamil Nadu, into Puducherry and up into Andhra Pradesh. If a lane sits outside that, we will say so rather than take the booking and struggle.

Do you own your trucks?

Not yet. We operate through a vetted network of owner-operated and market vehicles, checked for permit, fitness and insurance before they are put against a booking. Vehicle purchase is planned as lane volumes stabilise.

What happens if the delivery is late?

Accepted Answer

Our on-time commitment carries a defined penalty for delay, agreed at the time of booking. If something slips, the escalation contact is the Operational Head on +91 63690 77160 — a person, not a ticket queue.
