What happens after you call
You call or send the load details
Origin, destination, commodity and approximate weight is enough to start. The booking desk is open 24 hours on one number, or you can send it on WhatsApp.
We quote against your lane
Per kilometre, per trip or a slab rate depending on the service — with loading, unloading, labour and transit insurance stated inside the number, and exclusions written down.
Vehicle placed within 2 hours
On confirmation, we position a vetted vehicle sized to your consignment at your dock within two hours on core lanes, and share the driver and vehicle details before it leaves.
In transit, on one number
The control room holds the consignment against its LR number. Ask for a position update any time of day, and escalate to the Operational Head directly if you are not satisfied.
Delivery and proof
Physical proof of delivery is collected at the destination and shared with you, along with the delivery challan and invoice against the LR.
Documents you get on every consignment
Every load moves against a numbered lorry receipt. Quote that LR number to the control room and you will get the vehicle’s actual position — live GPS tracking on this website is planned, not built, and we would rather say so than show you a map that does not update.
Lorry Receipt (LR)
Issued for every consignment — quote this number for any status check
Delivery Challan
Accompanies the consignment to the delivery point
Invoice
Raised against the LR, on the rate quoted at booking
Proof of Delivery
Physical POD collected on delivery and shared with you
E-way bill
Generated by the consignor; we move against it
Not sure which service fits?
Tell us the commodity, the weight and where it has to reach. If a part load is cheaper than a full truck for your consignment, we will say so.
